Fort, Z-axis plate and mount yan no? sana cold rolled steel ang gamit mo at makapal. Di pwede mag-flex yung guideway mo kahit konti kung hindi malaki problema... If you can bend it by stepping on it with your full weight, bagsak yan brader. The load it will get is at least 4x that of your weight unless you run it in baby speeds which will take a loooooooooooooong time to finish a cut.

Now a proud owner of a fluke 87 like ossie.
Hey ossie, is the gsm issue known to you? I opened it up, Board revision 10 sakin so included unit ko. Small issue.

What's that for?

For removing sharp burrs along the edges of a metal you've just cut/drilled. Recommended for soft metal (aluminum) that would clog up the your file.

Pwede din siguro for acrylic but I haven't tried yet.

@gattaca, is that 87 Series V? Mine is only series III and there is no problem with GSM thingie. Glad to see you using one of the best and reliable multi-tester brand :)

Fluke 87 III vs 101.
I am using Fluke 101 on my field work as its small and I only need the very basic features like continuity and voltage testing.
