I've had a lot of stuff delivered to me by LBC, too and it's usually overnight. Two days at the most.

I find the delay ridiculous and unfair actually.

We contestants all comply with the rules and timeliness requirements so I believe the hosts should be likewise. Sorry if my statements make people feel awkward but I am really quite disappointed over the Dremel contest events and they should be aware of it.

If you will recall, there were two other contests at SMX last year when contestants were told to show up 9 AM. I went straight to SMX from the airport as I was travelling that day. Contests did not start until well into the afternoon. Hung out for as long as I could but could not wait for several hours not knowing when the competitions would eventually start. Missed those contests and wasted a lot of time.

Sonny, this is nothing against you nor Golden as I'm sure you're just kindly passing on to us all the opportunities to compete and learn. I have nothing but thanks for you.

My gripe is actually with Dremel.

I will think long and hard before I join any future competition of theirs.

Ding, pati yung sa iyo wala pa?
I was told that they would be sending you your prize the first time you asked... Haaay...
We wanted to get the prizes ourselves but they told us they were about to ship them on that day, hence we did not pick them up.
On Or before this coming Wednesday, we will personally go to their office and get the prizes if they are still not shipped and will ship them ourself.
We apologize for the delay....

Thanks, Sonny. But, please don't go out of your way. It is not your responsibility IMHO. I'm sure we appreciate all your efforts for fostering this community already.

Frankly, I join these contests less for the prizes but more for the fun, learning, community-sharing, and the excitement of competition. The prize is a trophy for bragging rights.

Aside from Eloisa and Robert, did anyone else get their prizes?
