I cut several 3/8" hole on the spoilboard to allow dowels to be pegged...
Image
then with angled pieces of stock I use them to hold down a piece.
Image
the items are very secure and the bit doesn't get damaged when it accidentally hits the hold downs... and did I say the cost next to nothing?

Wanted to make another jig but I do not have the hardware for it... hmmmm.... so I made one out of aluminum.
Image
Still not the perfect finish out of the cnc but with a little sanding and it comes out nice.
Image
I would be cutting the threads for it tomorrow.....

Image
came out straight from the cnc without cleaning or sanding...

Now I do like cutting simple stickers on my cnc. So why not make a dedicated cutting platform for it.
I decided on using phenolic as the base board for it.
Image
it has four holes cut to fit on my spoiler board using dowels. Then I sprayed adhesive on the cutting mat and mounted it...
