This is the rough nesting diagram :)

I'm going to laminate 2-inch stocks and then resaw it to get the desired thickness.

I got to face-joint the rough stock.

Bukas na yung thicknessing and laminating.

Today I did some tuning on the BS and tried resawing a 6" wide stock. Not perfect but good enough for the current task

Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll resaw these:

Beautiful cuts.

...I have a feeling though that the BS blade will be dull after you're through resawing that much... when the cut starts to bow or wander, it is dull.

What's the tpi and brand of the blade btw?

1/2" woodslicer. 3 tpi yata.

2 cuts lang naman. Just need to get 40mm and 15mm from the 60mm laminated stock.

My outfeed roller

I realized its hard to resaw long and wide stock. I should have used featherboards to keep the stock firm against the fence.

I need 40mm and I think some parts are a bit less than that.

Inconsistent feed rate. Wavy cut. Need more practice

The parts nesting on the other laminate fortunately allowed me to rip and cut to length before resawing

Magkaiba ang shade ng nilaminate. Hopefully makukuha sa stain.

After this prototype build I will buy thick enough stock for the other chairs.
