I guess you really want to use a powertool :lolno: I've use trimming router w/ straight flush trim bit handheld without any problems. It's just messy, after your finished your covered with edge band trimmings :lolno:

Yes! Thanks for that, though I'd probably make a jig because part of the fun for me is making the jig. Ok lang sa akin yun, I think my wife likes me better when I'm covered with saw dust, this time edge band trimmings naman. :lolno:
