Hi guys,

I'm planning on getting a jointer / planer combo probably late this year or early next year and I came across 2 affordable models.

John Benzen Jointer Planer (Found someone selling brand new for 12k)
MODELL RJ150E
Motor(w) 1500
Table
Length(mm) 718X155
Width(mm) 155
Cutterhead
Speed 60Hz(rpm) 10000(no load)
Number of knives 2
Diameter(mm) 45
Fence
Size(mm)600x115
Cutting capacity
Width(mm) 155
Depth(mm) 3.175

or

Workzone thickness planer with jointer (Found 2nd hand for 10k)
1500 watts
Max planing width 204mm

Appreciate any feedback/comments on these 2 or if you have any other suggestions or recommendations.

EDIT: Sorry forgot to mention my budget. Budget is around 15k. Second hand items are okay with me.

Thanks.

Hindi mo binanggit ang budget.

Kung kaya ng budget I recommend getting the Makita 2012NB thicknesser. 30K+ yata ang going rate ngayon. Baka may mahanap kang second hand na mas mura.

Pero kung kailangan mo na at yung dalawa lang ang pagpipilian, Workzone ang pipiliin ko. Tapos ipon mode para sa Makita.

Sorry for that. Updated to add budget and prices I've got for the 2 I mentioned above. I actually need a combo due to the limited space sa bahay. I'm only using the garage as my workshop which is around 2.5x5 meters more or less.
