Please be more specific on your question or you will get no reply. Has it been constructed yet? Will it be tiled? What type of finish is it?
Your cutting tools is only as good as your sharpening system.

Sorry, oo nga naman, current floor finish is washed out, floor po sya ng third floor which sometimes gets wet pero may bubong, I want to make a bathroom in one corner since when thw house was built, nilagyan ng abang pang sanitary drainage, yung mason ko po kasi and suggestion is castle waterproofing, topping, then castle waterproofing ulit, then tiles..... Is this enough to waterproof the area? Thanks.

I also use castle for water proofing, medyo mahal but a good brand. Thats why i dont see the need to be redundant about waterproofing. Do it ones, leak test for 2 days then topping, then tiles na. Im assuming that your first course of action isbakbakin yung wash outbefore water proofing right

I also suggest na bakbakin mo na yun washed out pebbles. Removed the existing waterproofing (if any). Then start sa new waterproofing. Medyo matrabaho but you need to do it right.

Let us say na hindi na bakbakin yun washed pebbles. And you already waterproofed the whole area then after a several months bumitaw yun bagong waterproofing. Mag doble gastos ka.

In my previous project I used Optimum Flex by Jardine Distribution maker of thoroseal waterproofing if Im not mistaken P600/gal, 2 components (liquid & powder). Before Castle waterproofing ginagamit ko medyo mahal ang cost per sq.m.

Important yun surface preparation prior to water proofing.

Btw, how do you remove the washed out pebble flooring? 3-7mm thick lng nmn dba yung size ng pebbles sitting on perhaps a 2cmconcrete...ganun nga ba?
I think i was a woodworker in my previous life...and the life previous to that.
