Like yung mga leaf spring bushing?

Eto good reference for the build: http://jerswoodshop.com/2x72-tilting-belt-grinder/.

Kung nagtitipid, pwede single phase, then 4 inch drive roller at 1850 rpm.

Yung mga maliit na roller lang ang plano kong made of plastic..5" drive roller kailangan yata medyo may bigat kaya obligadong made of steel..to provide extra torque sa motor..tama ba :eh:

Matagal ko nang balak gumawa nyan..very usefull sa shop ko yan..daming jig na pwedeng gawin for metal working..

Yung 5 inch wheel is also to increase the motor speed. Try mo p is Ronnel, baka friendly price for the rollers, parang me isa pa siyang gagawin naman ata.

guys medyo off topic lang ha......

i have a 1/3hp na bench grinder and intending to use it for wire brushing some metal parts sana

problem is when I tried wire brushing it tumitigil yung wheel but umiikot uli yung wheel after na inilalayo yung workpiece then cycle na uli , what do you think is 1/3hp is insufficient or me prob yung motor?

btw my bench grinder is new lang kaya i am very confused ...
