Hi guys! I have a proposed project for a civic group where they are commissioning me to design a marker to be constructed along different sites along the Maharlika Highway. The marker must be able to withstand the forces of nature as well as vandalism.
What I have in mind is a reinforced concrete pylon with stainless steel emblem and text. The marker shall be 3.25 mts. high and the emblem shall be 0.75 mts. in diameter. My problem is how to fabricate a three dimensional stainless steel emblem that resembles a 24 tooth gear. It's much like making a stainless steel signage but with both sides covered. I would like to know about the materials and equipments to be used for my quantity take-off and costing. Your inputs will be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Plasma cutting or better yet source for waterjet cutting services. It would be cutting your material like cheese.

Easiest to find them is online. Just search waterjet cutting services in your area.
