Just confirming me that this base is not only design for 618 but also for the 610 routers. Routers models are decade apart +1 to DeWALT designer for giving consideration to their older models.

The motor of the 610 really sealed up the dust collection

The 610 motors will be permanently residing on the 618 plunge base as my GOTO routers and the 618 will have to alternate base (fix and D handle).
