Not much action in d forums right now, aside from cnc... So dis project is d project of d month for me. (Doc pagaling ka!)

Great and brave cut on d bandsaw, what's d resaw capacity of yours?

I'm guilty of not stickering my woods in storage myself so some have twisted while seasoning... and to think they were mahogany which is supposed to be uber stable...
woodworking = problem solving.

It's the 14-inch Rikon, same as Timber's. It can be extended through an accessory but never found the need yet.

Been working on this for the past months whenever I could sneak in some time. Will post more photos later.

For now: I decided to put a tray inside the humidor. Got some leftover spanish cedar for the tray sides and ripped lots of mahogany sticks for the bottom.

For jointing the sticks to the sides, I first butt-glued them. When dry, I drilled through the sides into the sticks then glue-inserted toothpicks. Works!

He-he. Very happy man. Even SWMBO is very happy with me in the bedroom. And it’s not what you think!
